Duncan - A native Texan with deep California roots and a heritage of real estate development, Duncan Watson possesses an extensive knowledge of construction, design, and urban studies. Duncan specializes in the Los Angeles' finest neighborhoods stretching from Malibu to Mount Washington. Prior to joining Compass, Watson was with Prudential California Realty's Brentwood office. Before becoming an agent, he participated in an intensive internship with Culver City's Redevelopment Agency, observing the role that civic, political, geographic, and socioeconomic factors play in determining why individuals ultimately choose to live in a certain location. John - A Texas Native that has called Malibu home for the past 11 years. John is a graduate of the UCLA with a B.A. in Political Science.
