Francesca Prieto

There's not much Francesca hasn't done since arriving in Philly way back in '84. To say her background is varied would be an understatement. In no particular order, she is a UPenn-trained architect who developed product at Anthropologie when their store count was 'three', she personally brought us Caribou Cafe ('92) and Cibucan ('99) way before the restaurant business was 'cool', and ultimately, found her calling in real estate in '06. Since then, she's overseen developer sales for some of the highest-profile condominium projects in town, managed relocation for many of the region's biggest employers, acquired property all over the city for personal investment, and consistently been a top-producing agent every step of the way. She lives in Wynnewood with husband Stephen, kids Sofia, Sebastian, and Joaquin, Milo the dog, a cat, and a rotating cast of extended family from Puerto Rico and/or Ireland.
